Fishers Man Faces 16 Years in Prison for Possession of Drugs

FISHERS, Ind. — A man from Fishers is facing 16 years in prison, along with 5 years of supervised release, after he pled guilty to possessing methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Court documents say 40-year-old Taurean Young sold a pound of “high-purity” meth during two separate moments in May of 2023.
Investigators then caught Young with a gun and seized it, along with a pound of meth, four ounces of fentanyl, and body armor form his home in June of 2023.
This case was looked into by several companies, including the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
