Indiana Pacers Take Game 1 Over Milwaukee
INDIANAPOLIS—The Indiana Pacers started the postseason with a 117-98 win over the Milwaukee Bucks Saturday afternoon.
That gives them a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.
The Pacers led 33-25 at the end of the first quarter, but then outscored Milwaukee 34-18 in the second quarter to lead 67-43 at halftime.
Milwaukee made several small runs in the second half but could get no closer than 12 in the second half. The Pacers led by as many as 28.
Indiana had six players in double figures with Pascal Siakam leading the way with 25.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led all scorers for Milwaukee with 36 points and 12 rebounds.
