CROWN POINT, Ind. — Crews found a man’s body in a ditch along I-65, near U.S. 231, about one week ago, and officers now say two people have been arrested in connection with his death.
Following the body’s discovery, State Police believed “foul play” had been involved. They later learned that the man – identified as Nelson Ramos-Rivas – was a 23-year-old originally from Venezuela.
Ramos-Rivas had apparently been living in Oregon prior to being found in Crown Point, Indiana. Police now say two suspects have been arrested in Washington, though specific details have not been provided.
