Person Shot on Indy’s Northeast Side

INDIANAPOLIS–A person was shot on the northeast side of Indianapolis around 2 pm Thursday.
IMPD says the victim was found with at least one gunshot wound at the intersection of E. 25th Street and N. Rural Street.
That person was rushed to a hospital in “serious condition.”
