INDIANAPOLIS — A man is now facing two new charges after he attacked a teenager on Indianapolis’ west side, according to the Marion County Prosecutor.
46-year-old Jason Harrell is charged with battery and intimidation after attacking a 14-year-old. This incident happened in January on Aberdeen Drive, which is near Rockville Road and South High School Road.
Surveillance video was shown to police where Harrell went to the teenager and yelled at him, demanding him to get out of the road and threatening to kill him and his family.
Court documents say the teenager’s mom even told police that Harrell’s behavior happens often when kids ride motorbikes on the sidewalk or in the road in the neighborhood.
