Defund And Bar Planned Parenthood
Kristan Hawkins of Students for Life stops by to discuss how pushing pro-life policy should be a marathon, not a sprint, and what a blueprint for the next four years looks like at the state and federal levels.
I know that that a network of individuals would tell you that all conservatives are bending the knee preparing just to praise Trump for eternity no matter what he does. There are a lot of individuals in the conservative movement, in some of the activism for different policy movements and organizations. Who are not antagonistic but are saying, hey, you made some promises. We really want to see some of those promises carried out. One of those individuals whom we have a lot of respect for here on the show is Kristan Hawkins, one of the greatest pro-life advocates here in the country. Kristan, thanks for joining us.

Babies are dying every single day. So, it’s not the time to get cute. It’s time to get to work. And, you know, the president made some promises, said some things during the campaign, some things I agreed with very much. Some things I didn’t agree with. For example, I don’t agree with this statement that abortion is merely a state issue. I think, you know, history has proven time and time again that when your human rights began and ended state lines, bad, terrible things happen. However, I can still work with the president on this because what we’ve seen in the Biden Harris administration has been a full scale weaponization of the government against pro-lifers, pro-life Americans. And, you know, prejudice for abortion, we’ve seen the whole task forces formed to inundate our federal government with abortion policy, regulations, really just hiding the money everywhere, our money going to the abortion industry. And so if President Trump is serious and he truly believes abortion should not be federal, then the 1st action item we have for the president is defund and bar Planned Parenthood.
