IU Student Arrested for Two Rapes at Frat Houses

BLOOMINGTON — An Indiana University student has been arrested after being accused of raping two women on campus.
20-year-old Noah Apgar of Greenwood was wanted on five counts of rape, Level 3 felonies, for incidents at fraternity houses on campus in the past two weeks.
He was arrested Tuesday evening.
The most recent was reported to have happened at the IU’s chapter of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house on September 13.

This is the third arrest for sexual assault involving an Indiana University student in Bloomington this semester.
