BROWNSBURG, Ind. – A Brownsburg man with a criminal record is heading back to prison…for selling drugs while he was on probation.

According to the Department of Justice, Scott Planalp is now facing 12 years behind bars.

Officers say he sold meth at least three times in June of 2022, while he was in a program for a prior trafficking arrest.  He even told one buyer that he had to take three drug tests per week.

Zachary Myers, U.S Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, notes, “This defendant… shamelessly continued the criminal conduct that landed him in state court in the first place.”

After prison, he will face another five years of supervised release.
