ISP: Arrest Made in Posey County Double Murder
POSEY COUNTY, Ind. — An arrest has been made in the Posey County double murder.
Indiana State Police announced this morning troopers arrested 28-year-old Austin Kusturin around 6:30 Tuesday night. Kusturin was arrested, without incident, outside an apartment in Mt. Vernon.
This past Saturday, 74-year-old John and 74-year-old Elizabeth Hall were found dead inside their home when a family member went to check on them. This was just days after Elizabeth spoke with the mayor of Mt. Vernon about safety concerns.
Kusturin is facing two felony counts of murder, and is being held in the Posey County Jail.
