KNOX COUNTY, Ind.–A meth lab was found at a hotel room in Vincennes and two men were arrested Sunday morning. 

State police say they were using a search warrant to get inside the Red Roof Inn. That’s where they say they found Mark Baughn, 40, of Bicknell and Robert W. Emmons, 59, of Vincennes at about 1:30. 

Baughn was wanted out of Knox County and Illinois on three outstanding warrants for failure to appear. When officers arrived at the hotel, they say they found Baughn and Emmons in a room that had also had 90 grams of meth, a hypodermic syringe, and a small amount of marijuana. 

Baughn and Emmons were both arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail. They’re both being held on bond. 

Charges against Baughn are as follows:  

  • Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, a Class 6 Felony 
  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Class 6 Felony 
  • Manufacturing Methamphetamine, a Class 2 Felony 
  • Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 Felony 
  • Possession of Marijuana with a prior conviction, a Class A Misdemeanor 

Charges against Emmons are as follows: 

  • Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, a Class 6 Felony
  • Visiting a Common Nuisance, a Class B Misdemeanor 
  • Possession of Marijuana, a Class B Misdemeanor 
  • Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 Felony
