WASHINGTON — All 67 victims in last week’s deadly mid-air collision near Washington, DC have been recovered, officials confirmed Tuesday.
An American Airlines plane collided with an Army Black Hawk helicopter, causing both to fall into the Potomac River. The cockpit and tail from the regional jet were recovered earlier in the day.
The crash was the deadliest in the U.S. since 2001.
