INDIANAPOLIS – A fight early Sunday morning on the city’s west side led to the fatal stabbing of two men.

IMPD responded to a disturbance at the Havana Sports Lounge on North High School Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered a crime scene matching details gathered at Eskenazi Hospital.

The Marion County Coroner’s Office confirmed that Tyler S. Amos, 31, and TJ Jordell Walker, 32, were brought to Eskenazi around 2:30 a.m. with stab wounds. Police say they were attacked inside the lounge.

“I can’t imagine the grief these families are experiencing,” said IMPD Officer Tommy Thompson. “Thankfully, we provide a victim assistance unit to help these families access resources.”

Police are investigating whether security cameras at Havana Sports Lounge captured footage of the stabbings, though further details are not yet available.

“Detectives will continue to gather information, working with the resources we have, as well as the lounge’s patrons and staff,” Thompson added.

IMPD asks anyone with information to contact Detective Steven Gray at (317) 327-3475. To remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-8477 and use the P3Tips app.
