Cass County Student Arrested after Threatening an Indiana School

LOGANSPORT, Ind. — A student was arrested Monday for threatening a school in Walton, Indiana.
Walton is about 70 miles north of Indianapolis.
A school officer from Lewis Cass Schools was told that the student threatened other students with weapons.
The officer detained the student and told the school that none of the weapons that the student had were guns.
A search was made at the student’s home, and that’s when they found out a target list may have been involved as well.
The student was arrested before the school could even begin a lockdown.
