BLOOMINGTON, IND— A judge in Monroe County is dropping most of the charges against an Indiana University student.
Twenty-year-old Noah Apgar was facing five counts of rape, a count of strangulation, and a count of confinement after being accused of raping two women in one week – causing him to be banned from the Bloomington campus.
On Tuesday, a judge dismissed all charges except a single rape charge against Apgar. He’s due back in court late next month.
