HAVANA, Cuba — The entire island nation of Cuba has no power.
Cuba’s Energy Ministry says 10 million people are without power after one of its main power plants failed, and there’s no word when it will be repaired. Cubans have been dealing with rolling blackouts for months.
Prime Minister Manuel Marrero says the country’s grid failures are due to deteriorating infrastructure, rising electricity demand, and fuel shortages.
