BLOOMINGTON — An Indiana University student, Noah Apgar, is now facing an arrest warrant after being charged with raping two women, one of the incidents allegedly occurring at his fraternity house.

The 20-year-old from Greenwood has been charged with multiple felonies, including strangulation, confinement, and five counts of rape.

Court documents say two women recently reported sexual assaults to Indiana University Police, both identifying Apgar as the perpetrator. One victim said they were assaulted in a fraternity house restroom, while the other victim said they were choked, assaulted, and injured.

Apgar reportedly blamed one victim’s clothing for the assault, accusing her outfit inviting unwanted attention from men, but Indiana University Police collected evidence, witness statements, and security footage.

An active warrant is now out for his arrest, but he has not yet been taken into custody.
