Fox News firebrand Tomi Lahren told the Hammer and Nigel Show Thursday that the preponderance of low-information voters in the country poses a challenge for Republicans in upcoming elections.

“The problem is that there are so many low-information viewers and voters out there who see a headline on CNN or MSNBC and take it as gospel,” Lahren said. “So it’s up to [conservatives] to educate people. Otherwise, I don’t know what we’re going to do to counter indoctrination in our schools and by our media,” she added. “I worry about 2022 and 2024.”

In referencing indoctrination, Lahren specifically noted the political left’s recent attempts to shift the narrative surrounding the ‘Defund the Police’  movement.

“When you have crime spiking across the country, of course, Democrats are going to be anxious to look for political cover,” said Lahren. “And I think the question needs to be asked of them, ‘Are you for BLM?” because if you’re no longer in favor of defunding the police, you can’t be for BLM. [defunding the police] is [BLM’s] number one goal.”

Lahren told Hammer and Nigel that corporate media and politicians are responsible for the massive outflow recently of law enforcement officers from the profession rather than protestors.

“Police officers realize that their job is dangerous, but they do it anyway and they do it with pride,” said Lahren. “But what gets them – even beyond the ‘Defund the Police’ movement – is the media scrutiny.”

She continued: “They feel like they can’t do their job, they can’t protect and serve their community because they’re so afraid of being the next viral video or CNN headline and have their families put at risk as a result.”

Lahren also weighed in on the crisis at the Southern border and why Vice President Kamala Harris will never be President.
