UPDATE: All lanes of I-465 near U.S. 40 have reopened.
IFD says one firefighter is seriously hurt from getting hit in the face by broke glass. That firefighter is in a hospital.
The driver of the semi, Anthony Ayers, told firefighters he heard a bang, pulled off to the side of the road, and saw his semi on fire. He believes the drive shaft came loose and punctured a hole in the tank. Ayres has worked for Browns Oil Service for three months.
