Rosie O’Donnell says the only reason Americans voted for President Trump is because he was on “Celebrity Apprentice.”
The former co-host of “The View” also blamed the show’s creator, Mark Burnett, for creating a false pretense around the businessman-turned-politician.
Asked by Hill.TV why she thinks Trump was elected, O’Donnell said, “I think largely because of ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ – I blame Mark Burnett for creating a false narrative around this man…Nobody treated him with dignity and respect until this show came on.”
