NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. – A Noblesville couple has been arrested after being accused of planning to kill a woman in New Jersey. 

Narsan Lingala, 54, and Sandya Reddy, 51, contacted an undercover officer who posed as a hitman, according to NJ.com.

Investigators say the two were planning to have Lingala’s ex-wife murdered.

Both were arrested following a three-month investigation by the FBI, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office and the Woodbridge Police Department.  

Lingala and Reddy are facing charges of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
