TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — Two teenagers killed in a car crash last weekend in Terre Haute have been identified.

According to the Vigo County Coroner’s Office, Avery Sullivan and Tamiya O’Quinn were killed when the SUV they were riding in collided with a pickup truck on Saturday at the intersection of Oak and Thirteenth Streets.

Witnesses told police they saw the SUV speeding west on Oak Street, running through stop signs, and passengers hanging out of the sunroof and windows.

Police said Misty Casey, 30, was the one driving the SUV. Two others in the vehicle were hospitalized, while the driver of the pickup truck had minor injuries.

Terre Haute police tested Casey’s blood at the hospital where she returned a blood alcohol level of .22 and THC.

Casey is now facing the following charges:

Count Two: Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury – Level 3 Felony
Count Three: Causing Death When Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or More – Level 4 Felony
Count Four: Causing Death When Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or More – Level 4 Felony
Count Five: Causing Death When Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – Level 4 Felony
Count Six: Causing Death When Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – Level 4 Felony
Count Seven: Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Bodily Injury – Level 5 Felony
Count Eight: Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Bodily Injury – Level 5 Felony
Count Nine: Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person – Class A Misdemeanor
Count Ten: Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or More – Class A Misdemeanor
Count Eleven: Operating a Vehicle with a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance or Its Metabolite in the Blood – Class C Misdemeanor
