Cavaliers Punch Back, Dominate Pacers in Game 3

INDIANAPOLIS–The Cleveland Cavaliers led by as many as 26 points and dominated the Indiana Pacers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals 126-104 Friday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Cleveland outrebounded Indiana 56-37 and 18-4 on the offensive glass. They also outscored the Pacers in the paint 54-48.
In a game that got physical, the Pacers were called for five technical fouls, and Cleveland was called for one.
Indiana’s leading scorer was Bennedict Mathurin with 23 points off the bench. After hitting the game-winning shot in Game 2, Pacer guard Tyrese Haliburton scored just 4 points on 2-8 shooting.
Donovan Mitchell carried the Cavaliers with 43 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. All five Cleveland starters finished in double figures.
