Del Taco Signs Deal to Open Ten Outlets in Indiana

STATEWIDE–Del Taco is expanding into Indiana with a development agreement for 10 locations.
That includes the Indianapolis metropolitan area and southern cities like Bloomington, Columbus, Plainfield, and Avon. The closest Del Taco locations to Indiana are in Michigan and Ohio.
“We are thrilled to welcome this dynamic group of entrepreneurs to the Del Taco family,” said Van Ingram, vice president, franchise development in a news release. “Their passion for the brand and business acumen are exactly what we look for when bringing on a new franchisee. We are confident that they will be successful in bringing the fresh ingredients and bold flavors of Del Taco to the Indianapolis community.”
Del Taco offers a variety of Mexican and American menu items, emphasizing what they call “fresh ingredients and bold flavors”. Founded in 1964, the chain has nearly 600 restaurants in 17 states.
Del Taco serves a variety of burritos, tacos and quesadillas. It also offers traditional American food like burgers, fries and chicken strips and has a breakfast menu with breakfast burritos and hashbrown sticks.
