Scamanda, the hit podcast-turned-TV docuseries is coming to ABC later this month, with its first episode airing on January 30th.
The series documents the story of Amanda Riley — a wife, mother, blogger and Christian from San Jose, California whose tragic cancer tale captivated thousands. Amanda started a blog to detail her journey and developed a vast following over time. She served as an inspiration to the masses, touching many people in her community and others around the world as she chronicled her alleged battle with Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
Amanda received a generous amount of support from her followers, raising over $100,000 in donations.
But Amanda had a secret that would eventually come to the surface when an investigative producer got an anonymous tip telling her to take a look at her blog.
