Mark Zuckerberg went on Joe Rogan‘s podcast and dropped a bombshell involving the FBI and Hunter Biden‘s notorious laptop. Now confirmed, the laptop was not only real, but so were the startling contents on it. Zuckerberg however, claimed that the FBI came to him in the fall of 2020 and warned that Russian disinformation could be afoot in the election, and advised against sharing it. Said the Facebook founder:

The FBI, I think basically came to us, some folks on our team, and was like, ‘Hey, just so you know, like you should be on high alert. We thought there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice, that basically there’s about to be some kind of dump that is similar to that. So just be vigilant.’

When pressed by Rogan, Zuckerberg made clear he believes the Biden laptop is what the FBI was referencing:

I don’t remember if it was that specifically, but it basically fit the pattern

Zuckerberg’s claim makes it evident the FBI was pressuring a media company on what information they should or should not share. The odds are also overwhelming Facebook was not the only social media platform they attempted this with, as Twitter made the decision not to allow sharing of the story at all. Zuckerberg’s story also comes at the same time Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson is alleging whistleblowers contacted him, revealing the FBI refused to act on the laptop because they did not want to be involved in altering the election.

Rob Kendall and Casey Daniels took on Zuckerberg’s revelation. We now have a law enforcement entity who is actively pressuring private businesses on what information they should or should not allow the public to consume. It is indeed a scary time for Americans, when our law enforcement agencies appear to be pressuring and weaponizing for a desired political result.
