CARMEL, Ind. — The Indiana Department of Health will host a mobile COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinic in Carmel.

The clinic at Jill Perelman Pavilion (3000 W. 116th Street in Carmel) will be open Wednesday, Jan. 19 through Saturday, Jan. 22, from noon to 8 p.m.

You can register online or by calling 211. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins will be accepted.

“We are incredibly grateful to the State Department of Health for its help,” said Chris Walker, emergency preparedness coordinator with the Hamilton County Health Department. “We’re working around the clock to process as many tests as we can, but we’re limited by supply and staff. This mobile testing unit should provide the extra manpower we so desperately need right now.”

If you are 18 or older, you can choose between the Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, or Pfizer vaccine. The second vaccination for the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be scheduled at the time of your first dose. You can also get a booster shot of your choice.

Kids between the ages of five and 17 must receive the Pfizer vaccine.

The vaccine is available at no cost, but insurance information is requested because an administration fee may be charged.
