Three Teenagers From Fishers Killed in South Carolina Crash, Drunk Driver Charged
SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SC — Three teenage girls from Fishers were killed in an early Monday morning crash in South Carolina. Now, the drunk driver who caused the crash has been arrested.
According to FOX Carolina, police in Spartanburg County say Melissa Parker, 43, was driving on I-26 just before 2 a.m., when she crashed head-on into an SUV that had four teenagers inside.
Brianna Foster, Elleana Gaddis and Isabella Gaddis all died in the crash. Another 17-year-old was taken to the hospital.
Parker ran from the scene of the crash, but was later caught. She is charged with three felony counts of DUI Resulting in Death and four felony counts of hit-and-run.
