A 61-year-old woman – possibly drunk – crashed a 4th of July parade with her trusty tractor Sunday, then fled the scene at a blistering 18mph in an attempt to evade authorities.
Based upon the following mugshot of the suspect, we can conclusively determine that her escape attempt did not go according to plan.
