LEBANON, Ind.–A man from Bloomington was arrested for being involved in what police are calling a “road rage incident” on I-65.
Police in Lebanon say they were called to I-65 southbound near State Road 47 on a report that shots had been fired from one car at a pickup truck.
Craig Jones III, 19, of Bloomington was a passenger in a Chevrolet Malibu. They believe Jones fired shots towards a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. While he didn’t injure anyone in the truck, investigators say the bullets still hit the truck.
Jones was arrested. He has been charged with criminal mischief, battery by means of a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness, and intimidation.
