GREENWOOD, Ind. — There was no Greenwood Freedom Festival in 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic, but Freedom Festival 2021 is this Saturday, June 26!
Things get started with a 4 p.m. parade honoring first responders and health care workers.
The festival will be held at Craig Park (10 E. Smith Valley Rd.). There will be more than 40 food vendors, a new beer and wine area, and live music from Tastes Like Chicken and Jambox.
A special “Honor Our Heroes” tribute to servicemembers is set for 9:15 p.m.
The Greenwood Freedom Festival ends with musical fireworks at 10:15 p.m.
Schedule of Events
- 4 p.m.: Parade
- 5 p.m.: Festival booths open to the public
- 5:15 p.m.: Taste Like Chicken (Event Lawn)
- 7:15 p.m.: Jambox (Event Lawn)
- 9:15 p.m.: Honor Our Heroes with Grace Assembly of God
- 10:15 p.m.: KORN Country Musical Fireworks
