INDIANAPOLIS — A truck driver was shot on Indy’s east side Tuesday morning, according to Indy Metro Police.
The shooting happened at around 6:30 a.m. in the 7800 block of East Washington Street near the Blueberry Hill Pancake House restaurant.
According to police, the suspect approached the truck, which was sitting in the parking lot at the time. An argument between the suspect and the truck driver ensued and then the suspect fired a shot at the driver.
The truck driver was taken to the hospital.
Police have not released any information about the suspect.
