At a time in America when ‘change’ is the only constant, one finds comfort in the consistency of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s constant statements of extraordinary lunacy.
Most recently, the socialist sweetheart babbled out a fresh serving of word salad related the United States tax code, saying she wants to tax income over $10 million at a TOTALLY fair and TOTALLY NOT irrational rate of 70{33c7a55facb4cf7a957787771078960a6f8f21e4360f0c5ef574af68d5180089}… Totally.
Cortez, who favors a woman’s right to murder her unborn child, stated that it is “immoral” to allow billionaires to amass great wealth amid intense poverty.
Microsoft co-founder and billionaire Bill Gates responded to “she who receives little oxygen to the brain,” saying her imbecilic tax plan was “so extreme” it would only push the wealthiest people in the U.S. to hide more of their income from the tax authorities.
“We can be more progressive without really threatening income generation,” Gates said on a podcast by the tech website The Verge.
Gates argued that with all the stocks and assets owned by the super-rich, deciding to reform on the ordinary income rate was folly. If you focus on that, you’re missing the picture.”
