Raging liberal Meryl Streep had a rare moment of conservative clarity this week during a panel discussion about the forthcoming second season of the (hit?) show “Big Little Lies.” Much to the consternation of liberals everywhere, Streep criticised the phrase “toxic masculinity,” saying it is offensive to men.

“We hurt our boys by calling something toxic masculinity,” Streep said. “Women can be pretty fu**ing toxic … It’s toxic people.”

Editor’s Note: Bravo, Meryl! You’re halfway there, girl! All you need to do now is don a MAGA hat, pledge your support for the pro-life movement, denouncement liberalism in all its many evil forms, and you’re in the club!

Streep continued: “We have our good angles and we have our bad ones. I think the labels are less helpful than what we’re trying to get to, which is a communication, direct, between human beings. We’re all on the boat together. We’ve got to make it work.”

Editor’s note: Okay, now you’re getting a little too touchy-feely, “we are the world” sounding. It’s okay; we’ll work with you. Old habits die hard.

Last year, Streep was one of the founding members of the Time’s Up initiative to protect women from harassment and discrimination.

Editor’s Note: Okay, we can work with that.

in 2015, Streep made headlines when she rejected the label “feminist.”

Editor’s note: We’re liking you more and more, Meryl!

Streep stated that she prefered being described as a humanist.

Editor’s note: Liking you a little less now.

In 2017, streep appeared in an animated video about the history of reproductive rights and Planned Parenthood.

Editor’s note: You’re out of the club!
