Gun Fired Inside Indiana Government Center

STATE HOUSE–A gun was fired accidentally inside the Indiana Secretary of State’s office Wednesday.
IndyPolitics reports that it happened during a routine cleaning of the firearm by a Security Division officer. A spokesperson for the Secretary of State’s office said it was accidental and that no one was hurt, though the bullet did go through several offices.
Indiana State Police are investigating.
