INDIANAPOLIS — A man was killed in a shooting on the near-northeast side early Sunday morning.
Indianapolis Metro Police say officers responded to a report of a person shot along Hovey Street just before 2 a.m., near the intersection of East 32nd Street and Ralston Avenue.
The man was located with a gunshot wound and transported to an area hospital in critical condition. He died shortly after.
No further information about the man or a possible suspect was provided.
