NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — A Noblesville man is accused of breaking into a popular barbecue restaurant.
Police were called early Monday morning to the Famous Dave’s on 13445 Tegler Drive on a report of a possible burglary in progress.
Officers arrived and saw the suspect, Jason Lay, walking outside the restaurant with a bag in his hand.
Lay was arrested without incident. He was taken to the Hamilton County Jail on preliminary charges of burglary and theft.
