As a way to thank veterans, active-duty military, and retired military members, many restaurants are offering free meals or special deals on Veterans Day, Nov. 11.
Many of these deals require military ID or proof of service.
Applebees: Enjoy a free meal from a special Veterans Day menu.
BJ’s Restaurant: All service members can enjoy a complimentary entree up to $14.95, plus a free Dr. Pepper.
Bob Evans: All Bob Evans restaurants are offering free meals from a menu of seven homestyle favorites.
Bonefish Grill: Veterans, active-duty military, and immediate family members receive 10% off their check.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Past and present armed services get a free order of 10 boneless wings and fries.
Chili’s: All veterans and active-duty military personnel can get a free meal from a special menu.
Cracker Barrel: Veterans can receive a complimentary slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake.
Denny’s: All veterans and active-duty service members receive a free Build Your Own Grand Slam from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Dunkin’: Veterans and active-duty military receive a free donut of their choice–no purchase necessary.
Einstein Bros. Bagels: Get a free hot or iced medium coffee on Veterans Day.
Famous Dave’s: Receive a free Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich plus a side. Dine-in or To-Go.
Fogo de Chao: Veterans receive 50% off and their guests receive 10% (up to three guests).
Hooters: Buy 10 wings, get 10 wings for free.
IHOP: Free Red, White, and Blue pancakes from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for veterans and active-duty personnel.
Little Caesar’s: From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., receive a free Lunch Combo — four slices of pizza and a 20-ounce drink.

Metro Diner: 50% off to active and retired military. Dine-in, pickup and delivery.
O’Charleys: Enjoy a free meal from the O’Charleys “Veterans Thank You Menu” all day on Nov. 11.
On The Border: Veterans, retired, and active-duty military will receive a free pick-two combo meal.
Outback Steakhouse: Enjoy a free Bloomin’ Onion and Coca-Cola.
Qdoba: Active military and veterans get 50% off any entree.
Red Lobster: Grab a free appetizer or dessert from the Veterans Day Menu.
