“Psst. President Donald Trump doesn’t like Dr. Anthony Fauci. Pass it on.”

The mainstream media continues to salivate with delight in response to their manufactured beef between President Donald Trump and apparent American treasure Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Fauci, who the liberal media has elevated to the position of esteemed dictator of the Republic, testified at a congressional hearing Tuesday about the risks of reopening the country ‘too soon’ – which is code for “before we’ve completely eviscerated the economy, destroyed livelihoods, seen suicide rates quadruple, and collapsed from unsustainable debt.”

Testifying by videoconference Tuesday in order to ensure that no one caught Fauci’s germs, the good doctor warned of serious consequences if governors reopen state economies too soon.

“My concern ā€” that if some areas, city, states or what have you jump over those various checkpoints and prematurely open up without having the capability of being able to respond effectively and efficiently ā€” my concern is that we will start to see little spikes that might turn into outbreaks,” Fauci said in response to a question from Sen. Patty Murray of Washington.

Trump was asked about Dr. Fauci’s comments during a meeting Wednesday afternoon with North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum and Colorado Gov. Jared Polis in the Cabinet Room of the White House.

“He wants to play all sides of the equation,” the President said before pivoting to the economy, which is kind of Trump’s thing.

“I think we’re going to have a tremendous fourth quarter,” Trump said.
