FRANKLIN, Ind. — Drivers who bought diesel fuel last week at a Meijer gas station in Franklin might have actually filled their tanks with a mix of gasoline and diesel.
Unleaded gas accidentally got pumped into the diesel tank when the fuel truck came to fill it up.
Meijer said about 50 people who bought diesel fuel last Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday at the Meijer station on N. Morton Road could be affected.
Anyone who purchased the tainted diesel and is having issues with their vehicle should contact Meijer at 1-800-543-3704.
