WINCHESTER, Ind. – A woman from Winchester will spend two years behind bars for having sex with a 13-year-old boy.
Brittany Cochran, 24, will serve two years in prison and three years on probation after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor.
Police say Cochran started having sex with the boy in June 2015 when he was 13. The relationship ended in November 2015 when the boy moved out of Indiana, but resumed in October 2017 when the boy moved back to Winchester.
Cochran will be required to register as a sex offender upon her release.
