Democrat candidate for Florida Mayor, Andrew Gillum wants to provide free universal healthcare and ‘lots more money’ for schools. As for how he’s going to pay for it, well, that’s where things get a little foggy.

In a lengthy interview with Fox News on Wednesday, GIllum was asked by host Shep Smith how he would possibly fund his socialist agenda.

Gillum told Smith his proposal would raise the corporate tax rate from 5.5{88985e72cdc23cc640478df67fb322de3b1b52d56709d5df1fff12157a74fef6} to 7.75$, an increase of just over 40{88985e72cdc23cc640478df67fb322de3b1b52d56709d5df1fff12157a74fef6}. And according to Americans for Tax Reform, that equates to over one billion dollars, Gillum said.

But as Shep pointed out “That won’t do it”. Why? Because Florida already budgets over $22 billion for education. In other words, an extra billion won’t even come close to covering Gillium’s socialist fantasy.
