CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. — The search has resumed for a man who disappeared Sunday in Sugar Creek near Crawfordsville.

State conservation officers said they saw a man yelling for help as he floated by the Creekside Lodge Restaurant at around 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Search and rescue efforts began Sunday afternoon, but were called off due to darkness.

The search resumed at 8 a.m. Monday.

Anyone who believes they saw the man or knows where he is should call the Indiana Conservation Officers Central Dispatch Center at (812) 837-9536.
