INDIANAPOLIS--You will feel some big weather changes overnight. Tomorrow morning you can expect temperatures in the teens, with below zero wind chills.

“We have significant changes on the horizon. It’s gonna get a little windy tonight behind the cold front, and temperatures are going to plummet,” said Crystal Petit, meteorologist with the National Weather Service Indianapolis office.

“Anything that’s left on the roads is going to freeze. So, the morning commute could be pretty rough. There could be several patches of ice out there,” she said.

You can expect highs in the 20s Friday. Saturday morning you can expect single digits, with a wind chill again below zero. Saturday and Sunday highs are expected in the 20s to near freezing Sunday.

Petit said you can expect a slow warming trend next week, but it likely won’t get as warm as it was this week.
