President Trump loves his constituents, but most of all he loves his fans.
That was well on display this weekend in Bedminister, New Jersey where one Trump’s National Golf Club is located.
The newlyweds were celebrating their wedding reception when they got a surprise visit from their president.
“Nobody is gonna mess with him,” he said about the groom.
The couple’s family can be heard repeating, “You’re the best, you’re the best” while President Trump is greeting the couple. “Your full support is here,” the mother of the bride exclaimed multiple times.
Trump is then seen returning to the reception later on to have one last big send-off with the bride and groom.
Can you imagine the president, let alone President Trump, showing up on your wedding day? I’m getting married in September, and I can’t even imagine more than 100 people coming much less the president – even if it is for 2 minutes.
It would cause so many in-family fight. Weddings are already a glorified argument, and now you have to throw politics in the mix.
“Sorry Aunt Judy, we couldn’t make it around to your table to greet you. We were talking with THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.”
Still wouldn’t be a good enough excuse.
But who cares? At the end of the day, it’s about the new happy couple.
And President Trump.
