INDIANAPOLIS — Police in Marion County are searching for an escaped inmate, according to the Marion County Jail.
Brian Wampner, 38, escaped from Jail 2 early Tuesday morning through a loading dock window while on a work detail. Wampner was injured in his escape and was bleeding when last seen, according to the Marion Co. Jail.
Wampner was arrested March 31 on multiple charges, including criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, drug dealing, drug possession, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious felon.
