MOORESVILLE, Ind.– Nice-Pak Products has announced plans to expand in Mooresville. The New York-based manufacturer of wet wipes says the new facility will be built on land purchased last year by the Mooresville Redevelopment Commission.
The 760,000 square-foot productions and warehouse will create up to 90 jobs. They currently employ 400 Hoosiers in Mooresville.
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered the company up to $900,000 in conditional tax credits, which Nice-Pak will claim once Hoosier workers are hired for the new positions.
Inside Indiana Business says Nice-Pak has not specified how much they are investing in, but construction is slated to begin in late 2020.
Nice-Pak says they are currently hiring for several jobs at the existing location.
