ANDERSON, Ind.- One person is dead after a crash in Anderson early Sunday morning.
According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, authorities were called to the scene on County Road 200 South just east of State Road 67 around 4:30 a.m.
At least one vehicle was involved in the crash and one person died. Authorities say a witness saw another vehicle leaving the scene and investigators are working to determine if that vehicle was involved.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
