EVANSVILLE, Ind.–The plan was to make a TikTok video. But, the victim didn’t count on having a seizure. Now an 81-year-old man is under arrest for what was caught on video when the victim was out cold.
Dale Bethe, the man whose house the two were going to make the video, is charged with sexual battery.
According 14 News in Evansville, the woman talked Bethe into making a TikTok video. Before they made the video, she told him she thought she was about to have a seizure. When she woke up, she says she felt different. Her phone was recording what went down.
The video showed Bethe touching the victim while she was out.
Bethe admitted he touched her and performed sexual acts on her. Since she was out, she couldn’t give consent. Bethe was arrested after the interview.
