INDIANAPOLIS — Four pop-up COVID-19 clinics are planned at two locations in downtown Indianapolis.

The goal is to vaccinate city workers and those downtown workers who are just returning to the office.

The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be offered.

Any resident age 18 and older is welcome to receive a vaccine at no cost. No appointment is necessary.

Vaccinations will be given at these locations:

  • Wednesday, July 14 & Thursday, July 15
  • Monument Circle
  • 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

 

  • Wednesday, July 21 & Thursday, July 22
  • Birch Bayh Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse
  • 46 E. Ohio Street
  • 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

“We are very thankful for our partners with the federal and local courts, the City of Indianapolis, and Downtown Indy, Inc. for making these vaccination events possible,” said Virginia A. Caine, M.D., director and chief medical officer of the Marion County Public Health Department. “It is critical for us to vaccinate as many people as possible against COVID-19, including those who work in downtown Indianapolis, to limit the impact of the pandemic in our community.”
