WASHINGTON — Chaos broke out on Capitol Hill when protesters broke into the Capitol building.
Protesters broke into the Capitol building sometimes after 2 p.m. on Wednesday and eventually made it into the Senate Chamber.
Before the protesters broke in Congress was there to certify the election results.
